How To - Viewing Customer Information


The Customer Information box displays all customer information saved in the system, including all current and past reservations, site/brand visits, no-shows, total spend, average spend and any customer notes that have been made.
The Customer Information box is only available if a phone number or an email address has been recorded for the customer.

To view all saved customer details:


  1. Select the customer in the Wait List tab or the Reservations tab. The customer’s booking details are displayed:


  2. If a deposit has been taken, the amount will be displayed, highlighted in a yellow box as shown above. If a deposit or payment is outstanding this will also be displayed along with the due date:



    The confirmation code, menu and active special offers are also displayed on this window.

  3. Select the Information button. The customer’s Information box is displayed.


  4. If you make any modifications to the guest’s details, select Update to save your changes.
